What Is This Session?

From Overwhelmed to Unstuck is a private 90-minute one-to-one session with Sandra Smith, delivered by Zoom or phone.

This session is designed to help you uncover what may be keeping you stuck, overwhelmed, unclear, or unable to move forward, and identify your next best step.

Together, we'll explore what's really going on beneath the surface, bring clarity to what matters most, and identify practical next steps you can take with confidence.

This is a one-time session and does not include ongoing coaching, consulting, therapy, counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice.

Who Is This Session For?

This session may be a good fit if you:

• Feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next step

• Have too many ideas, priorities, or possibilities competing for your attention

• Want focused support and objective insight

• Are ready to take action on what emerges during the session

What Can I Expect?

Before the session, you'll complete a brief application.

All applications are personally reviewed to ensure the session is a good fit for both parties.

If your application is approved, you'll receive an email with payment instructions and scheduling information.

During our 90 minutes together, we'll focus on your situation, identify what's contributing to the overwhelm or lack of clarity, and work toward practical next steps.

My goal is for you to leave the session with greater clarity, insight, and direction.

Booking & Scheduling Details

Session Fee: $550 USD

Payment is required in full before scheduling can take place.

No payment plans are available.

Sessions are scheduled after payment has been received.

Scheduling is handled personally through email.

Every effort will be made to schedule your session within a reasonable timeframe based on availability.

Payment & Cancellation Details

All session purchases are final.

Because time is reserved specifically for you, no refunds will be provided after payment has been made.

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

One reschedule request may be accommodated when reasonable notice is provided.

Repeated rescheduling requests may require a new booking.

If you do not attend your scheduled session or fail to provide reasonable notice, the session fee will be forfeited.

Zoom & Technology

For Zoom sessions, you are responsible for ensuring you have access to a stable internet connection and working audio. If you prefer a phone session, that is also available.

If technical difficulties occur, reasonable efforts will be made to complete or reschedule the session.

A Note About Results

This session is designed to provide insight, clarity, perspective, and direction.

However, no specific results, outcomes, income increases, business growth, or personal achievements can be guaranteed.

Your results will depend on many factors, including your own decisions, actions, and circumstances.
