Morning Matters

Try this. Pick up your bedroom before going to bed. Lay out workout clothes for the morning. Fill up your water bottle and put it in the refrig. Set your alarm clock 30 minutes earlier than you normally get up. Then, in the morning, stretch, meditate, journal, or exercise. Do something just for you.

Believe me. A lot of good can come out of losing 30 minutes of sleep.

Be Consistent

Success isn't the result of you doing one thing. It is the result of you creating a schedule, and then working backwards to always fulfill what's on your schedule.

For instance, I wasn't sure what I was going to blog about this week, but I followed my schedule. In other words, I'm never quite sure what I'm going to write about until the day I write it.

But, a beautiful outcome of my consistency is how much my subscriber list has grown over time. So, the bottom line here is, set a schedule and be consistent.
