Anger Is Knowledge


Being ticked off can sometimes be a sign of not feeling fulfilled in one area (or more) of your life, and it can show itself in the form of anger.

Here’s a recommendation. Follow your line of thinking when everything goes off the tracks. You encounter an experience, you get angry, and you are left with an empty feeling. That feeling is alerting you. Pay attention.

Pull it apart and figure out what you need. In other words, what’s missing? Because I’ve had this happen to me so many times, this I know for sure. Your intuition knows. Just listen to it.

Think for Yourself


This is a gentle reminder: become your own authority. I know that sounds like something a professional speaker would say to an audience, but it's still true. Labels can help you find the group you relate to the most. And, labels can keep you shut in with the group that isn't really your match.

So, like we must become your own authority. To put it another way, be you. Follow your intuition. Do your own research. Listen to the advice that'll serve you best. Because in the long run, you're responsible with the enormous task of you living the life you're meant to live.
