Happiness seeps in when you least expect it. It's slow. That's because happiness accumulates like random coins being thrown in a jar. Overtime, it fills up. It gets heavy. Which is what being grounded feels like. And, that is why stressful moments don't buckle you. You handle it. You are clearly centered and completely full of happiness.
