It takes logic to make a decision, deal with difficult people, and handle your emotions. In life, consider an 80% logical, 20% emotional usage ratio. For example, when someone upsets you, feel what you feel, then use your logic to handle the problem.
It's not so easy to do, but, with awareness and practice, you can develop the habit of not allowing emotional stuff to become an obstacle. Trust me, it's so much easier to move forward without them.
