A New Year

With the new year approaching, what aren't you going to change? Weird question, right? But seriously, think about it. What are you going to continue doing (and not change) when it turns 2016?

Will you stay steadfast with your determination to grow? Can you continue to ignore feeling uncomfortable as you stop those habits than no longer serve you? What about your determination to follow your gut even though you have money concerns?

Great questions, right? But, hang on. Those questions are merely lightweights compared to this one singular question I'd like to present to you.

Will you not change your deep desire to live your life as your authentic self?

See, it's my opinion that change is for the benefit of you becoming your true self. I know you've heard me say this before (or things like it), but -- to me --  it's true. In other words, you being true to you is the one singular thing that proves that you're here on the earth for a reason.

As I move into 2016, there's a bunch of things I will continue doing (and not change). I will keep my self-awareness radar up to a 10. I will allow deep and loving guidance from sources unseen (but there). And, lastly, I will continue to love the feeling a smile gives me.

Take some quiet time and process this idea. Claim your decisions and help yourself succeed. Don't worry about always feeling good in the process. In fact, most growth (because of consistent change) really feels funky. So prepare for that, too.

If you need anything, just email me. I'm always here to help. ⚅⚄
