Working With Triggers

Have you ever encountered a negative experience, so you get angry, then you're left with an empty feeling? That feeling is alerting you. Pay attention. In other words, follow your line of thinking when everything goes off the tracks.

Pull it apart and figure out how to heal -- and or -- bring into your life whatever it is that you feel is missing. Believe it or not, often times this ongoing up and down of negative emotions is your intuition telling you to change course. 

Of course, for many of us, changing course isn't really possible. It would entail too much effort, cost, or energy. For some of us, change will happen, but down the road. Learn to catch yourself when your negative emotions are triggered.

They're not bad. They're not good. Just let them pass by accepting them for what they are. It's your internal system guiding you to your best self.
