When you're in the middle of feeling down -- can you switch -- and feel up? See. Most of us -- when we feel down -- stay down, until the pain passes. But. What if you could feel -- up -- in the middle of feeling down? Well. You can. You just have to decide to change your mental state. How do you do this? First, remember a time when you felt happy.
