How do you do something (really important), when you don't want to? And. Why in the world wouldn't you want to do something -- really important? Chances are, it's because, the thought of doing it makes you feel yuky. Feeling yuky can be connected to a couple of things. #1) You don't think you can do it. In other words, a lack of self-confidence. Or, #2) If you do make something important happen, you don't want to deal with your fear of success (or failure). My best advice: Treat those feelings like you would a loud, obnoxious person at a slammin' party. Just ignore 'em. Life Is Fabulous!
