What's the score?

When something good happens, are you quick to counter it with something bad? Make sense? For example. You're glad you got rid of some clutter (good). But, you focus on the fact that you're still 10 lbs. overweight (bad). You're happy you finally ended a toxic friendship (good). But, you meet someone new who is just as toxic as the last friend (bad). This unconscious process -- of countering a bad with every good you do -- is extremely difficult to stop. And, it's because of self-limiting beliefs. So try this. Keep your own score for awhile. Notice if you're uncomfortable experiencing good in your life. If you are, it's time to change the beliefs that are holding you back from all of the love, happiness, and success your heart desires. One great moment after another. Life Is Fabulous!
