Delayed reaction.

Drinking an Espresso -- but not tasting its richness. Eating dinner -- but not feeling full. Watching a movie -- but forgetting the plot. Guess what might be happening? You might have unpleasant thoughts or feelings you are trying to avoid. You figure if you hold off thinking about them, they might shrink and fade away. Nope. The only way to get them to go away is to feel them (as bad as that sounds). Then comes the really hard part. Accept what happened and move on. Life Is Fabulous!
