Drinking 64 ounces of H2O must start early in the morning for me. It is too much water to drink, at one time, later in the day. Much of what needs to be done -- in my work day -- is like that. Translation: Complete important tasks in small chunks throughout the day. Drink a little all day long (water, that is). Walk a short walk in the afternoon. Check emails early morning, then, again late afternoon. Write for an hour first thing in the morning, then, revisit it later in the evening. The most difficult part of this method? Your ability to engage in a refreshingly different experience. Can you do that? Life Is Fabulous!
