You can become mindful.

Become mindful of what you do and what you struggle not to do.  To deal with this, think about the Tibetan word Shenpa -- which can be explained as an automatic feeling that triggers a change in you.  It is described as the root of all suffering. It can, however, also serve as a way out of suffering. You can free yourself from unwanted behaviors by taking care of yourself from the inside out. To put it another way, become aware of the triggers that keep you stuck and decide to change course. Life Is Fabulous!
