Stop and switch to add happiness in your day.

Happiness comes from doing something you love. Figure out what makes you happy and do that. If your schedule is packed full of activities that you have to do -- but don't bring you any happiness -- find some point in your day and just stop what you're doing. Then switch and do something that gives you joy. What you switch to doesn't have to cost anything or take up a lot of your time. Just switch.
